HEFCE and JISC
I have contributed to a number of national projects:
- A HEFCE funded project "Academic Standards and Benchmark Descriptors: Developing Strategies for Inclusivity" in partnership with the Equal Opportunities Centre at UCW. [ Finished Autumn 2005 ]
- A HEFCE funded project "Disability CPD: continuing professional development for staff involved in the learning and teaching of disabled students" in collaboration with the University of Gloucestershire
- A JISC funded project "Delivering a foundation degree through a managed learning environment" in partnership with the Information and Learning Services at UCW.
The Mercia Institute of Enterprise (MIE)
I have also contributed to a number of projects funded through the Technology Enhanced Enterprise Education (TE3) Projects for the Mercia Institute of Enterprise (MIE). I am:
- leading on a project entitled "Developing web-based student centred activities to support learning on Foundation Degrees"
- e-learning consultant and evaluator on the project on "Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management" which is being run through the Business School
- e-learning consultant and evaluator on the project on "Entrepreneurship for Sports Science Students" run through the School of Sports and Exercise Science.
The Higher Education Academy
I am leading one of the strands of the Supporting New Academic Staff (SNAS) project which is funded through the Higher Education Academy
